The sealing machine is composed of a frame, a decelerating and speed regulating transmission mechanism, a sealing and printing mechanism, a conveying device, and an electrical and electronic control system.
When the power supply is turned on, each sealing machine mechanism starts to work. After the electric heating element is powered on, it heats up the upper and lower heating blocks rapidly, and is adjusted to the desired temperature through the temperature control system. The pressing roller rotates, and the cooling system starts to cool as needed. The conveyor belt is rotated, and adjusted to the desired speed by the speed regulating device.
When a package containing articles is placed on a conveyor belt, the sealing part of the bag is automatically sent between the two sealing belts in operation and brought into the heating zone. The heat of the heating block is transferred to the sealing part of the bag through the sealing belt, making the film melt and soften under heat. After passing through the cooling zone, the surface temperature of the film is appropriately lowered, and then rolled by a knurling wheel (or printing wheel), Adhere and press the upper and lower plastic films on the sealing part to form a mesh pattern (or print a logo), and then send the sealed packaging bag out of the machine using a guide rubber belt and a conveyor belt to complete the sealing operation.
